If you are not a 100% satisfied we will offer you a FULL refund for unused and undamaged items returned within 7 days from the delivery date. Each peak gets checked for quality assurance before leaving the factory, how ever should you receive a damaged or faulty peak on arrival, please inform us that same day.
In order for you to return or exchange an item you need to do the following:
1. You need to email us at info@peakame.co.za
Please include your order number in the email and explaining the reason for the refund or exchange.
2. You then have 14 days to return the item. The item must be in its original condition. Returns will be at your own cost, unless the item is faulty or damaged on delivery (which then we will carry the cost) 3. Once we have received the item, we will do an inspection and process the necessary refund or exchange if all criteria above has been met.
